Nina Gray, Chair

As a Naples resident since 1979, Nina Gray has been very involved with her community professionally and through her volunteer work. She was employed for 19 years by nonprofits as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Advancement Officer. Additionally, she is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in individual and group therapy to help clients navigate life transitions.

Kay Jasso, Vice-Chair

Kay Jasso is the Executive Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Southwest Florida. Kay has 14 years of experience as a nonprofit professional having begun her nonprofit career at the Collier County Community Foundation in 2002. She learned about non-profit operations, grant writing, and board governance from the Foundation’s experienced leadership.

Sheryl Soukup is the President of Soukup Strategic Solutions, providing nonprofit organizations with expertise in the areas of fundraising and nonprofit management. She earned the designation CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and is a registered Fundraising Consultant with the State of Florida.

Benjamin Buemi is a Senior Accountant at HBK CPA & Consultants’ Naples, FL office. Benjamin has been with HBK since 2013 and has been in the accounting industry for over five years. Benjamin’s experience ranges from auditing, business consulting and tax related services for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Trey Fletcher, Director

Trey Fletcher is a Florida native originally from Jacksonville Beach. Trey attended Auburn University (War Eagle!) where he received a bachelor’s degree in psychology, then continued on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He serves as general counsel for the Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar.

Barbara holds a B.A. degree from Wellesley College and MPH from Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health. Her career included administrative and consulting services in the healthcare and technology industries, including assistant administrator of the Washington Hospital Center, D.C. and founder/principal of Multi-Health Systems Corp.
