Kari Lefort

Collier Resource Center (CRC) has announced that Kari Lefort has joined the organization as Chief Executive Officer. Kari previously served as the Director of Programs for the Harry Chapin Food Bank and has a breadth of experience with basic need based philanthropic agencies.

Kari joins Marioly Soto, Program Coordinator, and a team of twenty-one volunteers in furthering CRC’s mission. CRC works to address client needs and strives to maximize their self-sufficiency through case management and linking them with available resources at appropriate agencies.

Nina Gray, Founding Board member of Collier Resource Center, will remain as Chair of the Board. CRC’s Board is comprised of eleven community leaders who serve as Officers and Directors and provide support, vision and competencies in achieving its goals.

Nina Gray said, “CRC is delighted to have Kari join us and advance the organization to the next level in furthering our mission and serving our community. We work with over 100 agencies who provide support to our clients. Our job is to assess the client’s needs and identify and work with the right agencies who can provide the most effective and efficient solutions, in all cases without cost to the client.”

Keri Lefort said, “The attraction of CRC to me is the up-front case management approach and the ability to access the full range of agency solutions for people in need. I like the goal of addressing problems people have with basic needs and working to make them as self-sufficient as possible.”
