Kay Jasso is the Executive Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Southwest Florida. Kay has 14 years of experience as a nonprofit professional having begun her nonprofit career at the Collier County Community Foundation in 2002. She learned about non-profit operations, grant writing, and board governance from the Foundation’s experienced leadership.  While on staff there, she worked closely with the local nonprofit organizations and engaged in strategic community initiatives.

Before coming to Florida in 2002, Kay was a successful professional in the Consumer

Products industry in Chicago. For over 20 years, she held positions of leadership while working at the Quaker Oats Company and at Unilever/ Best Foods.

Kay also has a long history of volunteerism having served on several local nonprofit boards, including as President of Music for Minors, Secretary of the Gulf Coast Society of Fundraising Professionals, and Secretary of Miracle Limbs Courage in Motion. She also served as a panel member for four years on the Collier County Foster Care Review Board.

Kay is a founding board member of the Collier Resource Center.
