Collier Resoruce Center board and staff gather for a strategic planning retreat. The process was facilitated by Sheryl Soukup, former CRC founding board member, and owner of Soukup Strategic Solutions. At the retreat, the board survey was discussed, our SWOT analysis was reviewed and updated, board surveys were discussed, and new goals and objectives were established. Nina described our history and accomplishments since inception.
