A small, dedicated team makes CRC run - coordinating cases, growing our senior and community programs, and making sure no client is left to navigate alone.

Executive Director

Ashley Jones, MSW, serves as Executive Director of Collier Resource Center, where she works alongside the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community partners to support the important work taking place both in the community and behind the scenes. Together, they help ensure individuals and families have a trusted place to turn when they need guidance and support.

With more than 25 years of nonprofit and human-services experience, Ashley brings expertise in strategic leadership, program development, community collaboration, case management, disaster response and recovery, and organizational operations. Before joining Collier Resource Center, she held leadership roles with United Way of Collier and the Keys and The Salvation Army.

Ashley was drawn to Collier Resource Center because of its unique ability to help people navigate complex systems and connect with resources that can improve their stability and well-being. She believes no one should face life’s challenges alone or struggle to determine where to turn for help.

She is grateful to serve with a dedicated Board of Directors, compassionate staff, committed volunteers, and generous community partners who bring CRC’s mission to life each day. Together, they are building upon the organization’s strong foundation, strengthening partnerships, and expanding CRC’s capacity to serve the Collier County community.

Ashley earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Langston University, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Rogers University. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, collaboration, accountability, and the belief that meaningful change is achieved when a community works together.

She welcomes community members, nonprofit organizations, businesses, donors, and prospective volunteers to learn more about Collier Resource Center and discover how they can join CRC in helping neighbors navigate challenges, access essential resources, and move toward greater stability.

Carolina Heiser serves as the Director of Senior Services & Community Partnerships at Collier Resource Center, where she leads initiatives that connect older adults, individuals, and families with essential resources while strengthening partnerships throughout Southwest Florida. With a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Florida Gulf Coast University and more than five years of experience in nonprofit leadership, community outreach, case management, volunteer coordination, and workforce development, Carolina has built her career around one simple goal: making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to develop collaborative solutions that strengthen the community and improve access to essential services.

As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Carolina is passionate about ensuring that every individual feels welcomed, heard, and empowered. She believes that strong communities are built through collaboration, compassion, and meaningful relationships, and she is committed to removing barriers that prevent people from accessing the support they deserve.

Known for her energy, empathy, and collaborative leadership style, Carolina enjoys building community partnerships, leading outreach initiatives, coordinating volunteers, and creating programs that have a lasting impact. She takes pride in bringing people and organizations together to address community needs and expand opportunities for those she serves.

At Collier Resource Center, Carolina is honored to help advance the organization's mission of empowering individuals and families through resource navigation, education, advocacy, and strong community partnerships, creating pathways toward stability, independence, and a brighter future for all.

Guadalupe Ismail "Lupe" brings a strong background in customer service, operations, and community support, with more than 15 years of experience serving diverse populations across healthcare, financial services, retail, and nonprofit organizations. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about helping individuals access the resources and support they need while ensuring every interaction is handled with compassion, professionalism, and respect. Guadalupe is known for her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to serving her community. Her ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and provide outstanding customer service makes her a valuable advocate for those seeking assistance.
