Hallie Lundon

Hallie Lundon holds a B.A. from Miami University (Ohio). After graduating, she built a strong track record in nonprofit fundraising, serving as Director of Development for the Cleveland Foodbank while attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in the evenings. She then transitioned into the legal field, working for several years as a Judicial Staff Attorney with the Eighth District Court of Appeals in Cleveland, Ohio.
After relocating to Naples, Hallie returned to her passion for nonprofit development as Director of Development for the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. She later expanded her impact through nonprofit consulting in Naples, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh while raising her daughters.
Hallie has been an active volunteer with organizations including the American Heart Association SWFL, Susan G. Komen Northeast Ohio, Medworks, and Collier Resource Center. At Collier Resource Center, Hallie serves on the Board of Directors and the Development Committee, helping advance fundraising strategy, strengthen donor engagement, and support the organization’s long-term sustainability. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Pathways Early Education Center of Immokalee, supporting high-quality early learning opportunities and stronger outcomes for children and families in Immokalee.
