Partners Empower Us

  • We have enjoyed donated space and utilities thanks to Healthcare Network since we began. Healthcare Network is the largest local provider of outpatient integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services, with 50,000+ patients seen annually.
  • Our case manager works out of the Hunger and Homeless Coalition of Collier County’s office two days per week. We utilize the HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) database to provide coordinated entry for our clients which efficiently matches people experiencing homelessness or those at-risk of homelessness to available housing, shelter, and services.
  • We have a database of over 300 local agencies and churches who provide social services in Collier County, so we are able to fulfill the urgent needs of local residents.
