Collier Resource Center (CRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Jones as its new Executive Director, effective November 3, 2025.
Ashley Jones brings a wealth of experience in social services and nonprofit leadership. She has served the Collier County community for many years with The Salvation Army and United Way, holds a master’s degree in social work, and has extensive experience leading teams, volunteers, and collaborative partners.
According to Jones, “ I’m thrilled to lead Collier Resource Center because navigation is the difference between “stuck” and “served.” CRC turns complexity into clear next steps—pairing every client with the right help at the right time. We listen, assess, connect, and follow up; the care is personal, confidential, and free of charge. With referrals and support from 300+ churches and charities—and together with our donors and volunteers—we’ll move more families from crisis to stability.”
“Ashley is the perfect person to lead us into CRC’s next decade of service,” said Nina Gray, Founder of Collier Resource Center. “Her compassion, professionalism, and deep understanding of community needs align beautifully with our mission to bring hope and dignity to our most vulnerable neighbors.”
Since its founding in 2015, Collier Resource Center has been dedicated to connecting individuals and families in need with vital resources, advocacy, and support services throughout Collier County.
