Ursula M. Pfahl, Ph.D.

Ursula Pfahl, a native of Germany, has lived, worked, and raised a family in the Mid-West (Kansas City) before moving to Naples, in 1994.

Ursula’s career path included positions in higher education (Rockhurst University, in Kansas City, MO) teaching modern languages (Frenc h and German), and English to International Students, as well as increasingly responsible administrative positions in academic administration, board management, and institutional advancement.

In Naples, Ursula was recruited into the luxury retail business and served both Yamron Jewelers and Bigham Jewelers as Chief Marketing and Chief Operating Officer for 16 years and 10 years, respectively. Each company’s extensive philanthropic giving was part of the professional responsibilities and allowed extensive knowledge of and engagement with the vibrant Naples non-profit community. Ursula’s most recent position was service to Baker Senior Center Naples, as its Chief Strategic Engagement Officer.
